I have a startup client looking for help with government contracts (specifically DoD).

We filed for incorporation using Stripe Atlas for two co-founders. Just signed up with AngelList cap table management. We are now bringing on board a third co-founder, and so need to either modify the original Articles of Incorporation, or otherwise issue/transfer equity to the new co-founder.
