We filed for incorporation using Stripe Atlas for two co-founders. Just signed up with AngelList cap table management. We are now bringing on board a third co-founder, and so need to either modify the original Articles of Incorporation, or otherwise issue/transfer equity to the new co-founder.

For any Philly area attorneys: I have a potential client who is in need of a litigation attorney for a mortgage debt collection case. The client is a small business that originally made a mortgage loan to an individual to buy a property in NJ. Unfortunately the original biz owner died and his son brought a suit to recover in Philly as a pro se plaintiff (since the defendant is located in PA). The other side is countersuing under the Dragonetti Act. The client has a deadline to respond on Monday and likely needs someone to help him respond to the countersuit and get out of PA court. The debt at issue is around 25k and he has NJ counsel to presumably help him recover the debt in NJ court. Are there any folks who can help out on short notice?
