Hey all, I'd like to refer one of our corporate clients to someone who can provide a comprehensive consultation on QSBS. They want to repurchase some stock, which we've flagged as a risk to QSBS eligibility. We can get a Carta QSBS attestation, but we and the client prefer to have a conversation about the implications. Realizing you didn’t do the work to incorporate us, I have attached what I believe are the relevant docs. We are an LLC incorporated in DEL. The ones that I can think of are: • Board role • Officer roles. I’m President, CEO, Secretary and Treasurer • Official address of company - currently my home address • Anything else?
